A graduate of George Washington University School of Medicine, the University of Maryland, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Dr. Stanley has been providing high quality health care to patients of all ages for over 20 years. He is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Cathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the State of New York, a Masters of Science as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland, and received her Post Masters Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from West Virginia University. She is dual certified as an Adult and Family Nurse Practitioner and has over 15 years of experience. Cathy is available to see patients of all ages.

Dr. Root graduated from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA and completed his residency at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA. He is a Board Certified Family Practice physician and comes to Tri-State with over 15 years of experience and is available to see patients of all ages.

Dr. Hooper has worked all over the world serving many diverse poplulations of women from Kenya, East Africa to South Dakota and Alaska. Dr. Hooper specializes in Obstetrics including Cesarean Section, Menopause Management, Abnormal Pap Management including Colposcopy and LEEP; Minimally Invasive surgical procedures including Laparoscopy, Hystercopy including Adiana tubal ligation, Essure tubal ligation, and Novasure endometrial ablation.
A graduate of Marymount University and Davis and Elkins College, Jeanette is a certified nurse practitioner in both Family Practice and Pediatrics. She has been a health care provider to the Tri-State area for over 25 years. Jeanette has joined our Medical Staff team to continue to provide quality health care to the Tri-State area.

Born in Johnstown, Pa., Dr. Hornick grew up in Baltimore and still has family members who live there.
A graduate of Towson University, Viginia Tech and the Medical School of Hampton Roads, Dr. Hornick is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. He was born in Johnstown, PA and raised in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Hornick has practiced for more than 20 years in Virginia prior to joining the Tri-State Medical Staff team.

As a Board-Certified Pediatrician with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Williams is committed to providing quality pediatric care and parent education. She received her medical degree from University of Washington, and performed her Residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Dr. Williams has joined our medical team to provide quality health care to children of all ages as they grow to adulthood.
Hancock and Fulton County Primary Care
Dr. Kennedy is a board certified family practice physician. She graduated from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and did her residency at Allegany Regional Hospital in Virginia. Dr. Kennedy has lived and practiced in the local region for several years and is available to see patients of all ages.
Cumberland Primary Care
Dr. Breen conpleted his Ph.D at University of Chicago and medical school at Case Western Reserve University. He completed a surgical residency at the University of Virginia Hospital and provided years of surgical services at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Breen served in the US Navy. He is available to see patients of all ages.
A Huntingdon County native, Shannon is a graduate of Saint Francis University and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is focused on providing high quality health care and emphasizes, “preventive care can be key to staying healthy throughout life”. As a Certified Physician Assistant Shannon is available to see patients of all ages.
Fulton County Primary Care
Dr. Ekanayake grew up in Colombo Sri Lanka and has been practicing in Texas and Maryland for over eleven years. He specializes in Obstetrics including Bladder Suspension, minimally invasive special procedures and vaginal surgery.
A graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Scheck is a family practice physician who is available to see patients of all ages, including children. A Maryland native, she attended High School in Middletown and resides with her husband and children in Washington County, Maryland.

She is available to see patients of all ages. A long time resident of Washington County, Teresa lives with her husband and children in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Terri Brown is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Womens Health. She is available to see women for Well Woman Care, Family Planning, and other gynecologic issues. Terri is a long time resident of the Cumberland area.
